SHOW & GO clinics are new for 2023
A clinic with advice from a HOYS RoR judge and training from a coach all on the same day.
These clinics are open to all members with or without showing experience.
Judges’ session 20 minutes
A one-to-one session with HOYS judge and RoR specialist Rachel Thomas. You will present your horse for feedback and advice from Rachel who will give you a judges view of how best to turn out and present your horse. How to stand a horse for a conformation inspection the things judges like and don't like! Ring craft and how to really make the best of your horse in the show ring. Use this time to suit you and your horse and ask as many questions as you need for valuable feedback and advise.
Flat work session 40minutes
A semi- private (2 riders) flatwork session with Jan Evans BHSI and list 2 dressage judge. Jan will help you improve on your horse’s way of going to not only catch the eye in the show ring but to also improve the ride mark (as all ride judges appreciate a comfortable supple horse to sit on!).
All in the fantastic indoor arena at Pencoed college.
