The Secretary can swap your class, provided its on the same day but the secretary must be informed in writing via email by 36 hours prior to start time on 28th April or by 3pm the previous day for classes running on Day 2 ,3 and 4.

Entry to any of our competitions constitutes an agreement to be bound and abide by these rules.
Entries in all affiliated classes are confined to horses registered with the British Showjumping rule 79.
No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for anything that may happen to competitors, onlookers or their property, servants or anyone in connection with the event. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant agrees to indemnify the organisers against any legal action arising thereto.
Please do not leave the showground without settling your Show Account! Anyone leaving an unsettled bill will incur a £20 admin charge . If the bill still hasn’t been settled within 1 week from the date of the show the account will be passed to BS to recover the debt which may result in a ban from competing until the account is settled in full.
The expense of any veterinary or farrier services rendered either on or after the Show must be born by the competitor or owner of stock.
The decision of the Judges is final.
If any person wishes to lodge a complaint, this must be done so in writing within 30 minutes of the incident along with a deposit of £50 (which will be returned if the complaint is upheld).
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, amend the details of the schedule should it become necessary, with prior permission from British Showjumping or to cancel any class with insufficient entries.
Start Time is approximate and can be found when published on Horsemonkey App. Competitors should check with the secretary the day before their classes are scheduled to start to confirm the main start time of the show.
All warming up must be done in the designated collecting ring for the Arena. . This will be monitored by the collecting ring steward and numbers monitored to comply with BSJA rule book. The steward will advise anyone not eligible to be in the warm up. There is no lunging allowed in the collecting ring.
All competitors/riders must wear correctly fastened hats to current approved safety standards at all times on the show ground.
In accordance with British Showjumping rule 82.21, no member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete (or being prepared to compete) without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public are not put at risk.
The show organiser reserves the right to remove any vehicle which is obstructing any access to or from the showground or ambulance access even if locked and unattended. The show organiser will not be liable for any injury, damage or loss caused by such removal.
In the event of insufficient starters, British Showjumping rule 76.6 will apply.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and be cleaned up after! If, in the opinion of the show organiser, any person fails to control or clear up after their dog/dogs they may be asked to leave the show ground
Children must NOT be left on the premises unattended by an adult.
If you are competing at Area 30 Show and have travelled alone, you must notify the Secretary and leave contact details in case of an emergency.
Horses and Ponies must not be left tied up to the lorry / trailer unattended.
Mucking out lorries/trailers onto the car park is strictly forbidden.
Rule 164.1a will be applied. (45 Second Count Down will be in operation)
All competitors should make sure that when at the event they are carrying a valid passport for their horse (for identification) and have current and valid certification on vaccination against Equine Influenza. There will be random checking of certificates and any horse without valid vaccinations will be asked to leave the property.
Pre - Entry only via HorseMonkey. Each class will be Drawn Order. Drawn Orders will be available from the Secretary at the show and posted on the BS Area 30 facebook page.
All entries are on a first come first served basis. Once at full capacity, no more entries will be taken but they will be added to a wait list.
Any person/s & their associates found misbehaving or causing damage will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
There will be an Official Photographer for the event . Competitors should be aware that by entering an event they are authorising their consent for these images to be used in print and online for promotional purposes by Area 30 Committee.
