Please respect the venue and take all your litter and droppings home with you. There will be no lungeing at any time.
Terms & conditions
This is a monthly club night evening and so it is strictly open to all abilities.
The coach for these evenings will be the highly experienced and well qualified Claire Styzyk BHSI.
This will always start with a polework session, but later sessions can incorporate small jumps and jumping exercises as requested. Please come ready to socialise and me

This will always start with a polework session, but later sessions can incorporate small jumps and jumping exercises as requested. Please come ready to socialise and meet people. So by all means come earlier ahead of your session if you are in a later group and stay after your session if you are in an earlier group. Please ensure that you have put your mobile phone number with your booking. If the clinic fills up rapidly then a waiting list will be held.
For those wanting afternoon sessions this will be held on the third Friday of every month from 1-5pm.
