Stabling cost:
- £55 per stable includes VAT and bedding. ( Please note additional £1.50 fee which is charged by Horse Monkey and sent direct to them, this is collected at point of payment)
We require pictures/scanned copies of the following out of each horses passport:
- ID Page of each horse's passport
- Copy of the page of the passport that shows the microchip number and UELN
- Copy of the horses full Flu Vaccination History
Stable not secured until paperwork is supplied.
Horses arriving on Wednesday can not arrive at the stabling until 19:30
Horses arriving on Thursday, Friday and Saturday must do so between the following times:
- 07:00-09:00
- 16:00-18:00
At these times the stable manager will be at the racecourse stables to microchip check each horse before entering the stables.
No refunds for stabling fees after ballot date.
Stabling cancelled prior to ballot date will be refunded less a £10 admin charge.

Before booking the stabling its suggested that you go into each horses profile on Horse Monkey and populate the profile with all the documents we require. Once this is done the system will not ask you to add any documents when you select the day you wish to stable as it will already have it in the system.
