A Training day in an indoor arena with great facilities with well known Coach - DAVID GATHERER - he loves working with race horses and you will leave with a skip in your step and be truly inspired.

 

This is a mounted educational event for Retraining of Racehorse registered horses.  Please arrive in good time, ideally come to spend the day with us.

Please be kind and courteous to everyone and please pick up any droppings on the car park/arena. We would like to be invited back!

Dress code is casual, but breeches (any colour) or riding tights; riding boots, hair tied up and/or in a hairnet and riding hat to current British standards must be worn. Body Protectors are optional.

This event is designed to be informal, fun and educational!

Any Participants arriving at Highfield Equestrian Centre known as ‘The Venue’ hereafter, will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions. 

 

Participants must be registered with RoR and be over the age of 15 on 01/01/2022.

The Retraining of Racehorses (RoR) their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with The Venue, do not accept any liability for any damage, whether occasioned by the negligence or breach of contract or statutory duty of themselves, their servants, agents, employees or those connected with RoR or The Venue or the Venue’s Facilities or otherwise, whatsoever.

It is an express condition of every person entering The Venue’s facilities that he/she does so at his/her own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse on the premises. Riders must have their own Personal Liability Insurance Policies.

All accidents must be reported, and an Accident Report Form completed by a Representative of RoR.

I have read the conditions and agree to be bound by, and observe them and to absolve the RoR, The Venue and anyone else of those connected, with the Venue facilities, for any injury or damage that I might suffer whilst on the premises.

 

REFUNDS will only be processed upon successful submission and approval of a current veterinary/doctor's certificate relating directly to the horse/rider entered for this event. 

NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 6PM 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT FOR ANY REASON UNLESS THERE IS A REPLACEMENT FROM THE WAIT LIST.
