This is perfect for those wanting to get out and compete on their horse, but are lacking confidence or experience, or those with young horses wanting a stress-free practice outing.
Whatever your aspirations and experience, our camps are designed to give confidence to the most nervous of horse or rider, whilst providing challenges to those wanting a break in their usual routine. All of this coupled with spending time with like-minded people in a fun, educational atmosphere and the chance to “talk horses” to Jason and Camilla over lunch!
This Your Horsemanship Road to Competition Day includes:
- Managing warm up arenas the show environment with Jason Webb
- Tips and techniques for executing an accurate and relaxed dressage test with 5* eventer, Camilla Kruger
- Negotiating obstacles with Jason; open fields, banks, water, ditches (if you're feeling brave!)
- Riding a show jumping course with accuracy and confidence with Camilla
- Refreshments to include tea and coffee along with lunch and afternoon tea
- Day stables available for your horse
- Overnight stabling available for those coming from far away
Please contact us with any queries you may have. You will receive a confirmation email upon booking. You will then receive a invoice for the outstanding balance four weeks before the event, along with a detailed itinerary, checklist and confirmation of any dietary/ medical requirements.
UK-based Australian horseman, Jason Webb, is trusted by Olympic and International riders, world-renowned studs and equestrian professionals for his methods of starting young horses under saddle and re-educating horses with ridden and behavioural issues. Jason runs a full program of camps, clinics and demonstrations on and off-site, and his comprehensive online training resource, Your Horsemanship, enables riders of all levels and aspirations to access to his horse training methods. www.yourhorsemanship.com.
Camilla Kruger is a 5* eventer, who was the first Zimbabwean to represent her country in equestrian sports at the Olympics (Rio 2016). She is also a highly sought after coach within British Eventing.
Entry Fee: £115
Member Fee: £100 for Your Horsemanship Premium Members.

Special dietary requirements can usually be accommodated.
Withdrawals/Refunds
Payment is only refundable with a veterinary/ doctors certificate. In the event of cancellation, the organisers reserve the right to keep the deposit to cover administration costs.

Your Horsemanship Limited accepts no liability whatsoever for any accidents befalling horses or humans that may occur on our premises. Handling and riding horses can be a dangerous activity and we strongly recommend that you have your own adequate insurance cover.
Horse Health
Please be aware that despite rigorous quarantine and hygiene systems in place at Your Horsemanship, there remains a small risk of your horse contracting an illness. If your horse shows symptoms of ill health or unsoundness on arrival, Your Horsemanship will not receive it on the yard. Please note we will only accept horses on the yard that have a passport showing up to date vaccinations, and that have been on a strict worming program.
