Notes

Closing date for entries is Monday 22nd August, late entries may be accepted but will be subject to a £5.00 late entry fee. Class entry numbers will be restricted, excess entries will be put on a waiting list. Course can be walked Friday 2nd Sept 5-00pm till 7.00pm Number Bibs – Competitors will be issued with A4 printed numbers that can be inserted into a transparent BE type number cloth. Abandonment – in the unlikely event of abandonment before the competition date but after the entries closing date all entries will receive a refund less a £10 admin fee. Withdrawels – refunds less a £10 admin fee will be made before the 22nd August, withdrawels after this date will only receive the refund if the place can filled.
