PARKING – please park with plenty of distance between horseboxes.
PASSPORTS – passports will not be checked and no need to sign in with secretary.
Start numbers will be sent with times
WARM UP – maximum time 20 minutes before your round. Only 6 people in total allowed in each warm up at one time, this includes people on the ground. Please return to wagon after round. A member of staff will be there to do warm up show jumps.
For competition please enter through gate from indoor warm up and leave via gate at bottom of arena straight out to wagon park.
HELPERS – only 1 helper per horse entered.
RESULTS - will be available online via horsemonkey.com, rosettes will be available to pick up outside toilets after each class on the table. Prize money will be transferred. THERE WILL BE NO MOUNTED
Toilets – please maintain social distancing
HAND SANITATION POINTS – located throughout the centre, please use often.
CAFÉ – We have Weardale catering for this event and coffee and vending machine on. Please use one way system and follow signs.
VIEWING AREA – In ally way from warm up behind the glass, maximum 2 people. Please no spectators in gallery or outside toilets.
