ALL CLASSES EXCEPT CLEAR ROUND ARE TO BE PRE-ENTERED AND THERE WILL BE A DRAWN ORDER.
The order and start time can be found on the Birtle Riding Centre website from 10am Saturday or by
ringing 0161 764 6573 between 4 - 6pm Saturday.
Written entries to be submitted to Birtle Riding Centre by 12noon on Friday before the competition.
Total show entries will be limited and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
All substitutions are acceptable.

1. All classes have to be pre-entered and there will be a drawn order for all classes.
2. Entries will be limited and are taken on a first come, first served basis. Waiting lists will be kept for all over subscribed classes
3. Anyone entering junior classes must be 17years or under, riding ponies 14.2h or under.

4. Any withdrawals must be made before close of entries. Any competitor withdrawing after the closing date may transfer to another show date but will not be allowed a refund.
5. Competitors having entered a class are not entitled to a refund or to a transfer to another date once the class has started, should they decide to withdraw for any reason.
6. All competitors must compete in the disclosed order.
7. Only 8 maximum are allowed in the warm up area at any one time. Only competitors in the class taking place may use the practice fence.
8. The organiser reserves the right to refuse any entry without reason, to cancel or alter any class, section or competition as they see fit without giving reason.
9. Correct attire must be worn by all competitors unless stated otherwise. Current BSI standard hats must be worn and fastened at all times whilst mounted.
10. The health and welfare of all horses attending any show at Birtle Riding Centre is paramount. Any horse deemed to be ill or injured in any way will be immediately eliminated. All horses must be 4 years old or over.
11. Lunging is not permitted in any arena at anytime.
12. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure that all tack is in a suitable condition.
13. Abuse of whip and/or spurs will result in elimination.
14. Horses should not be left unattended when tethered.
15. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
16. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
17. Practice jumps must be jumped in the correct direction, white flag to the riders left-hand side and red flag to the riders right-hand side.
18. It is the responsibility of all competitors 2 ensure that the grounds of Birtle Riding Centre are kept clean, litter placed in the bin and any droppings put in the wheelbarrows provided. Do not muck out boxes/trailers on the parking area.
19. Birtle Riding Centre, the organisers, their representatives or helpers do not accept liability for injury, damage or loss suffered by spectators, competitors, their horses, grooms, friends, vehicles or property, how so ever caused.
20. The judges and organisers decision is final.Show less
