TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INDOOR ARENA HIRE
Use of the arena is at your own risk and you MUST hold Public Liability insurance for your horse. Whilst we endeavour to check the arena between hires you must make your own risk assessments and safety checks of equipment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INDOOR ARENA HIRE
Use of the arena is at your own risk and you MUST hold Public Liability insurance for your horse. Whilst we endeavour to check the arena between hires you must make your own risk assessments and safety checks of equipment.
There is to be NO vehicle access to the arena - all users must park in the car park and walk on foot to the arena. The only excemption will be blue badge holders.
You must stick to your allocated time slot - it is advised you are arrived, prepared and ready to enter the arena at the beginning of your hour as you may not run over the time slot.
The entire site is a no-smoking or vaping area, including the car park. Please exit the premises by the main driveway if you wish to smoke.
All clients and their guests are expected to treat our staff, local residents and other hirers with common standards of decency and respect. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to ask clients or their guests to leave without giving reason.
All children under 16 must be supervised at all times.
It is MANDATORY for all riders to wear a riding helmet to current safety standards (PAS 015) at all times. Body protectors are advised for jumping activities.
Please ensure you bring someone with you, either on foot or a second mounted arena user - for safety reasons we do not permit anyone to jump unsupervised.
Please leave the arena - and course - exactly as you found it.
You are welcome to adjust the height of jumps, or to move out a filler, but all fences must be returned to their original location, and original height between 70-80cm. It is your responsibility to check jumps are of a safe and inviting design and build. Please view the poster on the blue noticeboard to see what is considered an unaccpetabale fence or groundline.
Any chairs moved onto the arena floor must be returned to the viewing gallery or outside the arena.
ALL horse droppings must be picked up immediately and not ridden over and worked into the surface, or left in the arena. There is a skip provided in the arena.
You are welcome to bring your own trainer or coach for a lesson during your hire period, however all visiting trainers must provide evidence of their insurance cover for Freelance Teaching at least 24 hours before the hire period. This can be done by text, email or in person.Show less
