Please note there will be a steward at the entrance to direct all parking based on whether hook up has been booked.

The competition is being held indoors. No more than 8 horses are allowed in the warm up at any given time.  An outdoor exercise arena is available for use throughout the competition if required.

If you have booked a stable please go to the event office next to the main arena with your passports for inspection and you will be allocated a stable.  Please note that a £10 refundable deposit per stable must be paid on arrival.  This will be refunded when you leave provided the stable is clean for the next competitor.  Some stables may have shavings but this is not guaranteed.  Shavings can be purchased on site.  Haylage is only available in large bales at £65 per bale (however we do have a  limited  number of Silver moor haylage @ £12/bale. Please see the stable manager.

Stable shutters are opened at 7am each morning and are closed at 10pm each evening.  Please inform the centre if you are going to be late to arrange access.  Pedestrian access is available to stable area 24 hours a day.

Adherence to the COVID 19 guidelines below is MANDATORY.  Anyone not adhering to the rules will be asked to leave. Masks must be worn indoors at all times. Riders are not required to wear masks in the warm up or whilst riding the test.

Remember you MUST adhere to 1m social distancing rules both inside and out, particularly when visiting the restaurant or café for refreshments

 No tests can be commanded. No Whips – please drop your whip before leaving the tunnel or you will be eliminated.

RA photographer will be on site for the duration of the competition.

Prize Givings for every class will be mounted (Top 3 placings only), Please see the noticeboard which will have the prize giving times displayed each day.  Competitors outside the top 3 placings will be able to collect their score sheets any rosettes and prize money on the day. ( Top corner of cafeteria) If you wish these to be posted please provide an A4 envelope with your address on it and adequate postage to cover costs of sending out.

The restaurant will be open from 8am – 10pm weekdays and from 8am – 11pm Saturday/Sunday.  Last orders will be taken for food at 8.45pm  each evening with last orders for drinks 15 minutes before closing time.

Arena walks are from 8.30 – 8.45am on Friday 11^th Feb and from 6pm – 6.15pm.  Saturday arena walks from 8.00am – 8.15am and from 18.55pm – 19.10pm . Bridle numbers must be worn at all times.  Warm up will be available from 7.20am each day for the first class
