With a prolonged period of no competitions, there is no doubt most riders will be feeling a little ring rusty – Learn how to plan and prepare for a successful return to the dressage arena!
In this workshop we welcome Anne Keen as she shares her tips and ideas to help you plan for a successful and enjoyable return to competition. She’ll be discussing preparing for shows, warm up plans, test riding skills and developing mental toughness.
Anne is an experienced dressage performance coach and List 1 judge who helps riders of all levels to learn how to practice better, develop a fail-safe warm up routine and perform at their best. Anne’s experiences over the years as Chef d’Equipe for many British Junior and Young Rider Championship Teams and owning a Grand Prix Team GB horse have given her a unique understanding of the ups and downs of the dressage world and how lucky we are to have horses in our lives!
This session is set to be informative and interactive so that you can share ideas and make the most of Anne’s expertise.
