All prize monies must be requested by e-mailing sally@pendarvesequestriancentre.co.uk stating class, placing & prize money stated in schedule 1. CSJC will adhere to BS Rules regarding Flu Vaccinations during the course of current outbreak therefore please ensure Horse/Pony Passports are available. Going forward random checks will be made. 2. Unaccompanied Competitors must provide the Show Organiser a contact telephone number in case of an emergency. 3. All Competitors riding at CSJC shows do so at their own risk. 4. The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule at any time should it be necessary, to refuse entry and to cancel any class should there be under 4 entries – Rule 75.13. 5. In the event of insufficient starter, prize money will be awarded as per Rule 76.6.1. 6. No member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete, in any show jumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public are not put at risk of injury. 7. Rule 232.1 will be adhered to regarding Rate of starting HIS EVENT WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE TAKEN THROUGHOUT TODAY’S EVENT. IMAGES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW ON FACEBOOK AND ALSO ON THE WEBSITE WHERE YOU CAN PURCHASE THEM. IF YOU WOULD NOT LIKE YOUR IMAGE TO, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO CONFIRM YOUR REQUEST THANKS
