Come join us at our BHS North Day Camp exclusively for BHS Gold Members (over 18's only). With the opportunity for riders to experience expert coaches, receive nutritional advice for your horses and have fun and make friends with likeminded people, there's no reason not to join us. What's included: * 2 hours of coached ridden sessions with BHS Accredited Coaches *1 hour Equipilates session working on posture, position, flexibility and dynamic stability with a BHS Accredited Coach and Advanced Equipilates Biomechanics Trainer. * Reformer demonstration, explaining what it is and why this piece of equipment developed by Joseph Pilates is a fantastic tool for horse riders. *Nutritional consultation, feeding advice, accurate weight measuring with equine weigh bridge. * Dressage test riding to include score sheet and rosette * Clear round show jumping (you choose your height) with rosette. The cost of the camp includes the use of a stable for the duration of the day, with a straw day bed included.

If the event is cancelled due to Coronavirus restrictions, full refunds will be made available. Payment in full required to secure your place.

If the event is cancelled due to Coronavirus restrictions, full refunds will be made available. Payment in full required to secure your place.

• British Horse Society events are checked for viability around ten working days beforehand. Any that have insufficient numbers may be cancelled. In this case, delegates who have booked will receive a full refund (minus any booking fee) or free transfer should another suitable event be pending.
• Event fees are non-refundable if the delegate cancels in less than 1 calendar month from the event start date without a medical certificate or unless their place can be filled. If a medical certificate is provided, it must be received by post or email within five working days of the event. All cancellations need to be writing.
• If an event is cancelled, each delegate will be phoned or an email sent, advising them of the cancellation and offered either a full refund or free transfer should another event be pending.
• In the event of adverse weather conditions, a decision regarding cancellation will be made the day before the event is due to start. If the event is cancelled, each candidate will be notified either by phone, email, or text message. It is important to provide accurate contact details.
• We can not permit riders under the age of 18 to attend this event. Everyone attending the event is responsible for ensuring the safety of themselves and others.
• All attendees should report to the Organiser on arrival.

The Rider
• Hats to the current standard must always be worn and be correctly secured when mounted. Please check your hat meets the current standards which can be found at: http://www.bhs.ork.uk/headwear
• Body protectors which comply with current standards are recommended to be worn but at your own discretion. If you would prefer to wear an Air Jacket for any of the riding elements, please notify your coach at the start of your session. Current standards can be found at http://www.bhs.org.uk/body-protector
• All riders must wear suitable riding footwear and must have previous experience of riding the horse they have entered into the event.
• Riders are advised to be aware of the emergency contact number for the events.

The Horse
• All horses must be no younger than four years of age and be of an appropriate fitness level for the activity being undertaken – hooves and shoes must be in good condition.
• Tack must be suitable, in safe condition and fit correctly.
• Stallions must only attend this event by prior arrangement of the event organizer, please contact them at the details below.
• All horses must be up to date with annual equine influenza vaccinations. A copy of your horse’s vaccination record must be provided prior to the event. It is a legal requirement to have your horse’s passport when travelling to the event.
• Horses should not be left unattended when tied to horseboxes, in the parking area. Please respect the venue and their facilities, this includes ensuring that all droppings are picked up from the car park.

Covid-19
• Anyone feeling unwell with Covid-19 symptoms must not attend. Please contact the organiser for a refund.
• Please park at least 5m apart in the designated parking area.
• Spectators are not allowed under any circumstances.
• Riders can only be accompanied by one other person.
• Track and trace information will be taken and kept for up to 21 days after the event

Neither the organiser nor the British Horse Society accept responsibility for any accident, injury, loss or illness to horse, rider, spectator or property whilst at the event.
