Notes
Chislehurst & Rushmore EC and Downe Livery Stables are pleased to welcome Jenny Snowdon, BHSAI, TREC GB accredited trainer, judge and Technical Delegate for a day of competition in the field.
Classes will consist of 2 phases:
• Control of Paces (MA). This involves cantering as slowly as possible, then walking as quickly as possibly over a marked distance.
• Obstacles (PTV). This involves navigating your way accurately through a selection of 10 TREC obstacles such as s-bends, rein back and the low branches.

2 - Starters (for rider who have not previously entered an affiliated TREC PTV competition)
3 - Newcomers (for rider who have not placed 1st - 3rd in an affiliated TREC PTV competition)
4 - Top Score (Open)
5 - Open
Cost:
£15 per class (£12 for CREC members)
CREC Members - enter your club membership number when asked to receive the discounted price.

• Riders under 18 may bring up to 2 spectators/helpers if required. Please keep this number to an absolute minimum.

• Anyone not complying with these rules will be required to leave the venue immediately and will not receive any refund.
Equine Flu Requirements:
• All horses must be up to date with equine flu vaccinations (12 month cycle).
• Evidence must be submitted prior to the event via crecevents@outlook.com
Tack Requirements/Rider clothing and equipment:
• Tack must be in good condition, well fitting and suitable for controlling your horse in an open field.
• Fixed/standing martingales and other fixed reins are forbidden.
• Riders are expected to wear clothing that is suitable and practical for riding out in the countryside (e.g. riding boots with a small heel, covered shoulders).
• Rider helmet conforming to BRC rules is required.
• Body protectors are recommended.
• Whips must not exceed 75cm in length.
• Spurs, if worn, must not exceed 3cm, must be rounded and must point downwards .
