4. Anyone displaying symptoms during the event, will be asked to leave immediately
5. Any person attending site must be registered with the organiser.
6. All records of attendance will be kept for 6 months
7. Turn outs must have made arrangements for a backstepper before the weekend
8. Toilet facilities will be provided. Please make use of hand sanitiser and cleaning materials in this area to ensure that it remains safe for all users.
9. Soft face masks may be worn but face shields or any visor connected to hard hats are not permitted
10. The sharing of equipment is strongly discouraged, sanitisation of shared items must be thorough
11. All Participants must provide evidence of valid public liability insurance to take part in this event
12. Copies of membership cards and/or insurance certificates must be include with the entry form
13. SCDC members must have previously been safety assessed in order to be covered by SCDC insurance
14. All horses, ponies & donkeys must be at least 4 years old with current vaccinations.
15. Carriages must not carry more passengers than designed for – welfare of the horse is paramount (NOTE: minimum of driver & capable groom required)
16. Junior Drivers must be at least 10yrs old with a competent adult seated next to them. Grooms must be at least 12 yrs. old if the driver is over 18yrs old. For drivers under 18yrs old, grooms must be over 18yrs old
17. Hard hats conforming to the current standards to be worn by all participants when mounted on horse or carriage. Body protectors are required for those under 16 yrs and driving obstacles at any time (activity or practice)
18. Participants should satisfy themselves that the condition of their vehicle, harness and equipment is adequate to meet the needs of the event. Spares kits and basic first aid (human/horse) should be carried on the vehicle
19. All accidents must be reported to the organiser or other event official at the time of occurrence
20. Dogs are permitted on site but MUST be kept on leads at all times
21. Participants who withdraw before the closing date will not be charged. Refunds after the closing date will be at the committee’s discretion. In the event of cancellation by the club, entries will be refunded after any costs have been met.

The Organisers reserve the right to refuse any online entry and will issue a full refund. Show less
