VACCINATIONS POLICY: YOU MUST HAVE YOUR HORSES PASSPORT AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES IF REQUIRED FOR COMPLIANT VACCINATION CHECKING @ BRACKENHURST EC. NTU. Any horses without passports and compliant vaccination records will be asked to leave the site, along with any others which they may have travelled with. Horses must of had two injections for primary vaccination against equine influenza given no less than 21 days and no more than 92 days apart. Only these two injections need to have been given before a horse/pony can attend. In addition, if sufficient time has elapsed a 3rd injection must of been given no less than 150 days and no more than 215 days after the second injection of the primary vaccination. Subsequent booster injections must be given at intervals of not more than one calendar year, commencing after the first booster injection. The responsibility to comply with this rule lies with the competitor/client who should consult with their veterinarian.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
A refund of the clinic fee (but not the booking fee) will be given if notification in writing is received to the entries secretary and organiser 48 hrs before the clinic start. No refund will be given after this time.
Our clinics rarely make any money, we just enjoy providing a service and training opportunity to the local equine community. However, any small proceeds we may make goes directly back to the British Horse Society to help them continue their charity work.
Organisers reserve the right to cancel the clinic at any time. A refund of the clinic fee (but not the booking fee) will be given if the clinic is cancelled.
