Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom in law they are responsible, neither the organisers, the landowner, their tenant, their servants, agents, employees and anyone concerned with Cambrian Cross Country accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, illness or injury to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents or accessories or any personal property whatsoever whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
It is a condition of anyone entering Cambrian Cross Country that do so at their own risk, they voluntarily accept the risk of injury and damage.
Riders are reminded of the need for appropriate personal insurance to cover them, their horse and third-party liability.
The organisers, their servants, employees and all concerned with Cambrian Cross-Country have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of all who are present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey instructions of the organisers, their servants, agents, employees and all concerned with the cross-country course. The wearing of appropriate headgear and back protectors is compulsory. Cameras on headgear are not permitted.
