DFRC Arena Eventing 2019

INFORMATION - The event will be run under British Riding Club rules. Body protectors & hats to current standards (see schedule for details) Faults will be allocated as per XC scoring. Any fences knocked down will also be penalised. An optimum time will be set and in the event of a tie the results will be calculated on the basis of those closest to the optimum time. Dress code = XC colours. Please note: Classes 1 & 2 will take place on the outdoor arena Classes 3 & 4, will also take place on the outdoor arena but if weather permitting, will also incorporate the xc fences in the adjacent field

Members fees £10 per class*** Everyone mounted must wear a correctly adjusted and fastened riding hat conforming to the minimum requirement of: • PAS 015 (2011) AND BSI Kitemark or Inspec IC mark • VG1 01.040 (2014-12) AND BSI Kitemark or Inspec IC mark • ASTM F1163 (2004a or 04a onwards) AND SEI mark • SNELL E2001/2016 AND official SNELL label and number • AS/NZS 3838 (2006 onwards) AND SAI Global mark The wearing of a BETA Level 3 Blue Label 2018 or Purple Label 2009 body protector is compulsory (please note BETA Level 3 2000 body protectors are no longer acceptable) **Horses/ponies must be up to date with flu vaccinations in line with BRC rules. We will be checking all passports on arrival before horses are unloaded. ** Stallions are not allowed at any DFRC event. No dogs are permitted at Forest Gate Farm and no haynets to be tied up outside boxes/trailers. British Riding Club rules apply in all other situations. DFRC health & safety policy should be adhered to. Acceptance of DFRC rules is a condition of entry.
