Terms & conditions

RULES:
1. HATS must be worn, correctly secured, by all riders whether competitors or not. The current BRC standard states that hats which carry the EN 1384 or BSEN 1384 alone are not acceptable. Hats must carry one of the following standards:
PAS015 (1998 or 2011) along with the BSI kite mark
SEI – ASTM F1163 (2004a or 04a), SNELL E2001, AS/NZS 383 Show more

2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the HEALTH & SAFETY of everyone present. The organisers accept no responsibility for loss or damage, injury or accident to spectators, exhibitors, or riders, or their property as a result of attending this show. Please take appropriate care to prevent such accident or loss to yourselves and others. It is recommended that all competitors hold a suitable third party public liability insurance policy.
3. The organisers and committee reserve the right to alter, combine or cancel any class at their discretion.
4. The judge’s decision is final.
5. To be run in accordance with BD rules and BRC Rules, in particular "no member or competitor shall argue, behave with incivility or contempt, or use abusive or threatening language towards a judge, official or other competitor"

6. No entry fees will be refunded after the closing date.
7. NO lunging in the working in arena.
8. No Dogs allowed.
