South East Scotland Dressage Group was founded by local dressage riders with the aim of promoting dressage and building a community for all riders in the South East of Scotland. We are delighted to be able to partner with Equikro Equestrian for a second year to bring an exclusive evening with Olivia Towers Dressage! Olivia shares the same passion for inspiring people to develop a positive mindset, self belief and confidence through her coaching and social media platforms. The OTD story "Alongside striving to become a successful dressage rider, I stumbled upon another passion. Around 2016 I decided to turn things around after battling with self doubt and negativity all my life. In successfully doing so, I knew I wanted to help others overcome similar issues. Through social media, Vlogs, live videos, quotes and much more I portray the real life ups and downs of not just the equine world but life in general. My goal is to inspire and motivate people to invest in themselves and in doing so thrive, not just as riders but as people."
