Spaces available from lunchtime onwards throughout the day & evening!! £65 Please PM me for more information ???? - Rider Biomechanics Assessment with Chartered Physiotherapist and Veterinary Physiotherapist, Harriet Eaton. Followed by a pole work clinic working on you and your horse with Richard Jones, international showjumper and coach. What it entails: - A 30min session with Harriet, assessing your posture and biomechanics both on and off your horse. Followed by “hands on” physiotherapy tailored to the individual rider and what we find. Then you will be given exercises to take home to work on. - Then a 10 min talk to discuss findings with Richard, to allow you to take forward the advice given into a ridden session of pole work or jumping exercises with Richard. - Lastly a 30min ridden pole work session aiming to work on correct biomechanics, posture and control of both you, and you horse, incorporating exercises to target postural and stability muscle in both horse and rider.
