1. Neither the Committee or any persons acting on their behalf can accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, accident or injury to horse, pony, rider or any persons attending this event. The organisers have taken rea- sonable precaution to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take reasonable pre- cautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring they must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards at all times.
2. The organiser reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel a class, withhold a prize or disqualify a competitor for any reason they deem sufficient.
3. Horse and Ponies must be over Four Years Old and Over.
4. It is Compulsory for competitors to wear a Riding Hat with the Chin Strap fastened at all times when mounted. Please Note the New UK Hat Stand- ard is PAS015. We strongly advise that you wear a Riding Hat which meets this Standard. Appropriate Footwear must also be worn. Show Jackets must be worn in the Ring.
5. The Competition will be run under British Riding Club Rules.
6. The Judges decision is Final.
7. No Horse or Pony can compete in more than three Jumping Classes.
8. Dogs Must be kept on a lead at all times. Please pick up any mess.

9. No Horse or Pony are to be left unattended tethered to a trailer or lorry .
10. No Cantering or Galloping in the Trailer/Lorry Park.
11. Jumping of the Cross Country Fences is Strictly Prohibited.
