Rules and Conditions of Entry

• No entries accepted without payment. No refunds after close of entries.
• All riders must wear hard hats/crash helmets to BS EN 1384 1997 or PAS 015 1998 standards, body protectors are recommended.
• Children under the age of 12 must be escorted by an adult.
• Horses and ponies must be at least 4 years old.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
• Riders must not deviate from the course under any circumstances. Any rider found riding in a reckless or dangerous manner will be asked to leave.
• Riders agree to comply with all instructions from any of the Organisers or stewards.
• The decision of the Organisers on any matter shall be final.
• The SC & RMAS Draghunt Ltd, the Organisers and volunteers, the Land Owners and all persons involved with the running of the ride, disclaim all liability for any damage or injury to any person or property, howsoever caused, whether by negligence or otherwise. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you hold appropriate public liability insurance for you and your horse.
• Should the event be cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser, refunds will be issued less a £5.00 administration levy.
