Conditions of Entry

No liability shall fall on the Organisers, Landowners, Sponsors or Officials in respect of any loss, damage or injury however so caused all all attendees are deemed liable to indemnify the said persons in respect of any loss, damage or injury.
For events featuring guest trainers, no liability shall fall on the Organisers, Landowners, Sponsors or Officials in respect of any loss damage or injury caused through action or negligence by the guest trainer. Any issue of liability should be raised directly with the guest trainer.

Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for specific times, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Correct riding attire must be worn at all times. ALL RIDERS, whether competing or not, must wear the correct headgear, PAS 015 or prefixed ASTM or SEI are the minimum standard but riders have to be responsible for their own safety. Failure to wear correct headgear will incur elimination.

Entries may be refused without reason being given and there will be no entitlement to any refund unless a clinic is cancelled due to insufficient entires, or a Medical/Veterinary Certificate is produced. Up to 25% entry money may be retained to cover administration costs.

If a rider wishes to cancel their attendance within 7 days of the date of the event, they will not be entitled to a refund unless a medical/veterinary certificate is produced. Up to 25% entry money may be retained to cover administration costs.

The Organiser will assist in filling a cancelled space, but responsibility for doing so rests with the attendee.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times
