We are holding an introduction to Le Trec whereby teams of 3 or 4 will partake in a 3 phase event.The first phase is orienteering whereby you will be given a map with the route highlighted and you have a specified time to complete the course and collect certain clues on the way.The 2nd phase is the control of paces whereby you will have to canter 100m as slowly as possible and then walk for 100m as quickly as possible in the indoor arena.The 3rd phase is the obstacle course which takes place in the outdoor arena.
