4. The organisers and landowners accept no responsibility for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, riders, grooms, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.
5. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel a class, withhold a prize or disqualify a competitor for any reason they deem necessary.
6. No refunds will be given after close of entry. A 50% refund will be made if more than 7 days notice of withdrawal is given.
7. Horses/ponies must not be left tied to lorries/trailers and left unattended.
8. Please make sure all droppings etc are removed before leaving.
9. Horses must be 4 years old and over
10. No lungeing
11. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times and cleared up after.
12. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times
13. Whips and callers ARE permitted
