1. All instructions from show officials and stewards must be obeyed – these rules are not
exhaustive!
2. The Judge’s decision is final.
3. Any objections must be made to the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes of the incident. A
£10 deposit will be taken and returned if the objection is upheld.

4. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or alter any class without prior notice.
5. The landowners and organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage to persons, animals,
vehicles or property.
6. No galloping on the show field. Please use designated warm up area.
7. All riders must wear protective headgear that includes a permanently fitted, non-­detachable
retaining harness that must be securely fastened. Hats must comply with the PAS 015:1998
or 2011 with BSI Kitemark,VG1 with BSI Kitemark, Snell E2001with the official Snell label and
number,ASTM-­F1163 2004a with the SEI mark, AS/NZS 3838 1998,2003 or 2006. Hard hats
must also be worn by all exhibitors 14 years and under in all in hand classes. Suitable heeled
riding footwear must be worn whilst mounted.
8. Entire males over 1 years of age must be bitted and kept under control at all times. They must
not be shown by children under 14 years of age.
9. No horse or pony under four years or age may be ridden in the show field.
10. Riders/handlers age as of 1st January 2017.
11. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
12. Please dispose of all litter safely. The field is used for grazing.
13. Riders who have competed in the Lead Rein Class may also enter the First Ridden Class in
order for them to gain the confidence to go it alone.
14. Classes 11 & 22 Ponies entered into the Mountain and Moorland classes must be shown in
their natural state. Partbreds may be plaited.
15. Please note entries to next Class will close on presentation of rosettes in previous class.
16. ENTRY FEES ARE NON-­REFUNDABLE
