Equi-Thème 2017 BRC Intermediate Dressage Area 1 Qualifier

Preliminary Entries: 21 days before the qualifier, 4th March, by your Riding Club Secretary to Stoneleigh. ALL team members are automatically entered into the individual competition (Intermediate qualifier only). Classes 1-4 can be used as warm up tests. In the Intermediate team competitions, 1 rider of each team will ride each test, i.e. 1 will ride Prelim 7, 1 will ride Novice 30, 1 will ride Novice 34 and 1 will ride Elementary 49. Teams must be made up of all Junior or Senior members. Priority will be given to Team entries if over subscribed. Show Entries: online entries via Horse Monkey Only. No late entries. Any special requests should be put in notes to Secretary when entering. Times: Tuesday 21st March by email or by visiting www.sesdg.co.uk SESDG Members League: placing's in classes 1 - 4, along with results from the Blue Ridge show on 23rd October 2016, will count towards the Senior and Junior league. Classes 9 & 10 are run as one Pick a Test Class for BRC Qualifying purposes: Pick at Test Dressage, for individuals, open to seniors and juniors competing at either Medium or Advanced Medium. Competitors may compete in both Medium and Advanced Medium sections. Objections and queries: Any queries should be addressed to the BRC Official Steward officiating at this event. Health & Safety Policy: The organisers have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must obey the instructions of the organisers and stewards, and avoid activities likely to cause accidents. Emergency services must have access to all parts of the showground and members of the public and their vehicles must not block access. Parents must assume full responsibility for their children’s safety and control. LIABILITY: The Owners/Organisers will not accept any responsibility for any accident injury illness or loss of property howsoever caused REFUNDS: for entry fees only refunded on production of a valid vet or doctor’s certificate. DOGS: must be kept on leads at all times, OBJECTIONS: must be made in writing within 15 minutes of the end of the class with a £10.00 deposit, which will be forfeit if the objection is over-ruled. RESERVATION: the organisers reserve the right to cancel any class if deemed necessary and to refuse an entry without having to state the reason. SPECIAL NOTICES: • Lunging is not permitted. • Please do not muck out lorries or trailers onto the car park. • No horses or ponies must be left tied unattended to lorries or trailers. • Please observe and respect all signs displayed by Rockrose ESC. • A stamped addressed envelope must be left with the secretary if you would like your sheets and rosettes/sashes sent to you.
