Individual class sponsors will be detailed on catalogue. **Novice Ridden: Must be ridden in snaffle bridle and no spurs. Not to have been placed in any open ridden class. Horses/ Ponies must be under 7 years old. There will be a burger van on site. First Aid will be on site all day. We also have a photographer booked. Class 1 & Class 15 Will Start 9am Class 30 Will start at 10am Class 42 &49 Will not start before 1pm

The Judges decision is Final!

We reserve the right to change any pre-scheduled Judges, but will if time try to notify all affected Competitors prior to show.

If sufficient entries in certain classes, the Organisers may if possible divide these classes into smaller groups as appropriate (i.e. by breed, height or age)

We reserves the right to cancel or amalgamate classes in the event of insufficient entries, also to re-schedule events if necessary.

An exhibitor may not knowingly exhibit a horse or pony which has been bred, sold, leased, produced, broken or trained by the Judge.

A rider/handler may not show under a Judge for whom she or he has produced a pony/horse within the previous 12 months.

We reserve the right to refuse any entry. Entries only accepted with full payment.

Entries will only be refunded if: 1. Regrettable the show is cancelled and unable to be re-scheduled.

Objections shall be made in writing within 30 minutes of the event concerned and lodged with the Secretary together with the sum of £50, which will be refunded if the objection is upheld.

Competitors are requested to note, if you’ve entered into more than one class, we take no responsibility if a clash in class times occurs.

We have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all the Officials and Stewards.

Dogs at Fountain it is preferred that dogs are not taken on busy Show days etc. for their own safety. If it’s unavoidable and you must take your dog along with you, please keep on a lead at all times, POOP SCOOP any mess left.

In the interest of safety, adults must give due consideration to children whilst riding in collecting rings and warm up arenas.

Competitors MUST wear an appropriate strapped riding hat correctly fastened at all times whilst mounted. Competitors under 16yrs old MUST wear a current Standard Riding Hat correctly fastened at all times while Showing In-Hand.

Stallions and colts must be sufficiently restrained at all times and handled by a competent person over 15yrs old. Competitors may be asked to leave if the Organisers consider a stallion or colt to be insufficiently controlled.

All animals must be sound. If, in the opinion of the Judge an animal is considered to be unsound, the exhibitor will be requested to withdraw from the competition. Please remember the Judges decision is Final!

Any competitor, rider, groom, handler who acts in an abusive or aggressive manner towards any animal, or to any Organiser, Judge or Steward will be told to leave instantly, and will forfeit all entries and/or awards.
