Whether you’re looking for a quiet schooling session, want to work with your instructor, or simply need a safe and well-maintained space to exercise your horse, Craven Arena offers flexible indoor and outdoor arena hire.
🌟 Indoor Arena Hire
Our spacious 69m x 35m indoor arena provides a large, enclosed space for schooling and training all year round.
The arena is ideal for:
Flatwork and dressage
Schooling and fitness work
Pole and jumping exercises
Lessons with your instructor
Solo sessions or riding with friends
The indoor arena features an Andrew Bowen Pro-Wax surface, providing a quality, consistent surface for your horse.
🌿 Outdoor Arena Hire
Our 42m x 28m outdoor arena is fully floodlit, making it suitable for riding throughout the day and into the evening.
The outdoor arena is suitable for:
Flatwork and schooling
Jumping
Pole work
Lessons
Individual or shared sessions
Jumping equipment is available to use during outdoor arena hire, including two sets of wings and approximately 6–8 poles, subject to availability.
📅 Booking Your Hire
Please select your preferred arena and available time when making your booking.
If you are booking for an instructor-led lesson or multiple horses, please ensure you select the appropriate number of horses when booking.
🐴 Additional horse: £5
🧹 Please Help Us Keep the Arena Clean
We ask all users to help keep the arenas and car park clean.
Wheelbarrows are provided — please pick up any droppings left by your horse and dispose of them in the skips provided.
If a wheelbarrow is full, missing or there is anything else you need assistance with, please contact Amelia or pop into reception.
