Health and Safety Organisters of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occuring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards. Legal liability save for the death or personal injury caused by my negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. All Branch Members, Centre and Centre Plus Members, those who are officials and volunteers helping at organised events are covered by Pony Club Third Party liability insurance. It is important to understand the limitations of the policy and what is and isn't insured. The policy documents and FAQs should be read and digested by all officials to ensure that all insurance conditions and obligations are understood and met. All non-members competing at a Pony Club event, should have their own Third Party Liability Insurance.
