Notes
A fabulous ride or run of 17km (shorter route of 12km available) through the beautiful Wiltshire countryside on headlands, woodland paths and tracks providing stunning views of the Vale of Pewsey. For riders, there are a large range of optional jumps ranging from 1’6” to 3’. Friendly stewards will be present along the route to assist runners and riders. There will be a drinks station approximately half way round.
Runners will set off at 9:15am before the first riders at 10am.

RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: RIDERS
1. All riders must wear hard hats/crash helmets to British Riding Club 2024 Standard: PAS 015 (2011) with BSI Kitemark / VG1 01.040 (2014-12) with BSI Kitemark / ASTM F1163 (2004a or 04a onwards) with SEI mark / SNELL E2016 with official label and number / AS/NZS 3838 (2006 onwards) with SAI global mark / EN138
RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: RIDERS
1. All riders must wear hard hats/crash helmets to British Riding Club 2024 Standard: PAS 015 (2011) with BSI Kitemark / VG1 01.040 (2014-12) with BSI Kitemark / ASTM F1163 (2004a or 04a onwards) with SEI mark / SNELL E2016 with official label and number / AS/NZS 3838 (2006 onwards) with SAI global mark / EN1384: 2023 with BSI Kitemark.
2. Body protectors are recommended.
3. Horses and ponies must be at least 4 years old.
4. By entering the ride, riders confirm that they and their horse are sufficiently competent to take part. NO RIDING on any crop or cultivated field. The Organisers reserve the right to ask any combination of rider and horse found to be behaving in a reckless or unsafe manner to leave.
5. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
6. Children under the age of 12 must be escorted by an adult.
7. Riders must not deviate from the course under any circumstances.
8. The Organisers, the volunteers, the land owners and all persons involved with the running of the ride, disclaim all liability for any damage or injury to any person or property, howsoever caused, whether by negligence or otherwise. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, riders confirm that they hold appropriate public liability insurance for themselves and their horse.
9. Riders agree to comply with all instructions from any of the Organisers or stewards. The decision of the Organisers on any matter shall be final.
10. Any refund issued will incur a £5.00 administration levy.
11. Equine Influenza Requirements: All horses and ponies attending must have had their first 2 vaccinations of the course and/or a booster within the last 12months. Passports will be checked.
12. By entering the Milton Lilbourne Fun Ride, riders and their associates agree to these Rules and Conditions of Entry.

1. Runners must wear suitable clothing and footwear for cross country running conditions.
2. Runners must follow the course. NO RUNNING on any crop or cultivated field.
3. All abilites of runners are welcome, but participants must be medically fit to complete the run.
4. Children under the age of 12 must be escorted by an adult.
5. Runners must be aware of and give way to any horses and riders.
6. No dogs allowed on the course.
7. The Organisers, the volunteers, the land owners and all persons involved with the running of the fun run, disclaim all liability for any damage or injury to any person or property, howsoever caused, whether by negligence or otherwise.
8. Runners agree to comply with all instructions from any of the Organisers or stewards.
9. Any refund issued will incur a £2.00 administration levy.
10. By entering the Milton Lilbourne Fun Run, runners and their associates agree to these Rules and Conditions of Entry.
Refund policy
Any refund issued will incur a £5.00 administration levy per rider / £2.00 administration levy per runner.
No refunds after close of entries on 28/05/26.
