Notes
This day camp includes 2 x shared 45-minute ridden sessions. Enjoy a coaching session with Shelagh, where you’ll focus on improving your flatwork and refining your warm-up routine. In your session with Caroline, you’ll further develop your warm-up before riding through your chosen test, followed by constructive feedback to help you maximise your performance. Join us in the bothy for a range of off-horse sessions, including a lunchtime talk on maximising your marks with Caroline.
This day camp is open to Senior, Youth, and Non-BD Members. Ride through BD, Youth, Quest or Pony Club tests, or complete your Squad Assessment for our BD Youth Pathway.
Caroline Paterson
Caroline is a BD Recognised Coach, UKCC Level 2, BD Youth Coach & Assesor and a List 2 & Para Judge. Caroline currently has two horses and she regularly trains with a range of BD coaches. Caroline has previously ridden up to Advanced level. Caroline is keen to help develop riders at any age or level. Riders can come with specific goals or she is happy to help you plan for the future.
Shelagh Steven
Shelagh is a BD Recognised Coach and holds the UKCC3 (generic) qualification and BHSSM II (APC). Shelagh believes all horses can go correctly, and enjoys training all sorts of combinations. Currently a Group 5 rider Shelagh is still actively competing and keeps up to date with modern day training methods.

BD Regional Cancellation Policy for Camps
Cancellations no less than 21 days before a Camp will be refunded in full minus £5.00 administration fee.
Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the event are non-refundable/transferrable.

Amendments to bookings in the 21 days prior to the event are non-refundable and changes are subject to the organisers’ discretion.
The cost of any external services secured in the organisation of this camp (i.e. extra’s such as Stabling/Hook Ups) may be non-refundable.
Change to Events
BD reserve the right to change or cancel details and dates of an event at short notice. In the event of a cancellation or amendment, transfer to an alternative event or a full refund will be offered.
British Dressage accept no responsibility for any personal expenses incurred in the event of a cancellation or change to any type of BD event.
