CALLERS
If you need a caller, please add this in the notes on entry and bring £2 per test with you on the day - the donations will be made to the charity: Arrow Riding Centre for the Disabled.
CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS
Competitors will be awarded points throughout the series according to their placing. i.e. 1st place = 10 points, 2nd = 9 points, 3rd = 8 points etc.
If horse/pony/rider combination win their class during the series, they can stay in that class for the whole series without moving up a level.
Competitors must have entered at least 3 of the possible 4 show dates to be counted towards the points championship. Your best 3 scores will be recorded.
There will be Challenge Trophies, Sashes, Championship Rosettes, as well as Class Place Rosettes awarded after each class at our end of series show on 14th December.
Megan Blake Photography will be in attendance on 14th December show.

- British Dressage Rules apply, including tack. Headgear must be worn at all times when mounted.
- The organisers reserve the right to alter the schedule as they see fit.
- All horses must wear two numbers, one either side of the horse, otherwise two points will be deducted from your score.
- The decision of the Judge is final.

- Objections to be made to the Secretary in WRITING within 15 minutes of the incident arising with a DEPOSIT of £10.00 only refundable if the complaint is upheld.
- No lunging is allowed on the showground or in the warm-up arena.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
- No mucking out of boxes./trailers on the showground.
- The event may be photographed, entering affirms your consent to the photographing of yourself and any children that you bring to take part in the event, whether you are a parent or guardian. If you have any objections, please contact us before the show day so we can communicate this back to the photographer.
- No Claims can be entered into for any loss or damage or anything that may happen to Competitors, onlookers, their property, and servants or horses in connection with or arising from this Show. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant shall indemnify the organisers or property owners against any legal action of claim arising from an incident in connection with this Show.
- By making payment of your entry fee, you are confirming that you agree to the rules and hold third party liability insurance.
Refund policy
No refunds or entry transfers can be made after the closing date.
