Refund policy
The UPPC Committee felt that we ought to share the UPPC Withdrawal Policy with you all to make things plain.
Withdrawal over 48 hours before a rally - full refund*
Withdrawal 24 - 48 hours before a rally - 50% refund*
Withdrawal 24 hourse or less before a rally - NO REFUND under any circumstances.
At our recent Committee Meeting this was discussed and the Committee was unanimous that there would be no refund even if there were people on a waiting list, as we cannot guarantee that the place left by the withdrawal would be in a suitable group for the person on the waiting list. The Committe was unanimous that privately swapping places with someone on a waiting list is not permitted as you will also not be covered by insurance unless booking unless booking in.
* The Horse Monkey booking fee will only be refunded if the UPPC has to cancel an event.
