Refunds in full (excluding an administration fee of £2.50 per booking) or a transfer to an alternative date/event/person, can be made up to 10 days prior to the event date.

In the event where an event is oversubscribed, and where your place can be filled, then a full refund less £2.50 administration fee) may be given up to 3 days prior to the event.

Amendments to bookings in the 3 days prior to the event are non-refundable and any changes are subject to the organisers’ discretion.

100% Payment is due at the time of booking.

Refunds in full or transfers to another BD Judge / Coach Training Event can be made 7 days prior to the event date.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable/transferrable.
