Notes

This is a free opportunity for riders working at Medium and Advanced Medium levels to access FREE training in support of our coaches taking the Level 3 Accreditation. The coaches will deliver a 30 - 45 minute lesson to demonstrate their ability as a part of their training on this BDCC course.

The coaches are a mix of ability, some with prior coaching experience and some without. Sessions are supervised by Anne Keen and Jenny Ward Level 3 Coach Educators. BD Youth riders under 18 are welcome accompanied by a parent.

This counts as a regional training session towards team selection.

What is BDCC?
UKCC has raised the profile of equestrian coaching by establishing best practice coaching standards. We now have a nationally recognised framework of qualifications for coach education developed by the UK’s most successful sports. The successful completion of a BDCC dressage specific qualification demonstrates that you have the technical knowledge and practical ability to coach riders to the level of the qualification gained.
